TSG 1899 Hoffenheim's and German football's most promising youngster, Tom Bischof, is already showing the enormous potential that we could already sense with his debut in the Bundesliga season.

Born on 28 June 2005 in Aschaffenburg, Germany, he was almost entirely developed as a player at Hoffenheim, where he joined from Amorbach Jugend in July 2015 at the age of just 9. Considered to be the German club's youth product, Tom stands out for his great technical quality and creativity, as well as his versatility to play in different positions in the midfield.

In the German youth teams, Bischof has also been a key player, demonstrating his ability to lead the midfield and contribute in both playmaking and set-pieces.

When talking about his qualities as a footballer, we have to highlight his great technical ability. He stands out for his ball control, his precision in passes, crosses and shots, as well as his imagination in tight spaces.

Tactically, he is also a very interesting player when he has the ball. He shows great vision and reading of the game, which still needs to be accompanied by discipline and maturity in his predominantly attacking role in the team.

Physically, he is a player of medium-high size (183 cm) and his season of consolidation in the elite makes us see that he is perfectly prepared. He is agile and quick of movement, qualities that further enhance his technical virtues.

Finally, we must also highlight the mental aspect, as this is what, at just 19 years of age, has allowed him to prove himself to be an exceptional talent. His intelligence, maturity and leadership could make him one of the most outstanding players of his generation.
