Tiago Carvalho Santos, born in Lisbon (Portugal) on 23 July 2002, has established himself this season as one of the most promising right-backs in European football.
After his first steps in clubs such the academy of Sporting Clube Portugal, Associacão Desportiva Oeiras -team of his home town- and Sacavenense, he returned in 2019 to Sporting CP, where he only stayed for half a season, to sign in the winter market for Estoril Praia.
After a great season at that club, he aroused the interest of several European clubs, which led him to sign for LOSC Lille on 5 July 2023, who paid a total of €6.5 million for him.
Since his arrival at the French club, he has been playing at a high level in both domestic (Ligue 1 and Coupe de France) and international (Conference League and Champions League) competitions.
