Sofie Svava born on 11 August 2000, is a Danish left-back who can also fill the role of left central defender. In this winter transfer window, the young Dane has just moved to Real Madrid and she plays regularly in the Danish women's national team. Sveva began his career in Denmark playing for Brøndby IF in Elitedivisionen before moving to FC Rosengård in the Swedish league Damallsvenskan. With the Rosengård shirt, Svava has captured the attention of many European clubs, especially because in January 2020, the young Danish left-back was named by UEFA as one of the 10 most promising young players in Europe.

The Danish left-back is a young player with great defensive and offensive skills, in fact, Svava is a force of nature, on the left wing she manages to make life difficult for both the opposition’s attackers and defenders. Her speed is one of her strengths, especially her speed of thought in executing a play, making her a high-quality full-back. Sofie Svava is very good in 1v1 situations both when defending and attacking, thanks to her quick feet allowing her to overcome the opponent efficiently and create an advantage between her and the opponents. In the offensive phase, thanks largely to her quality with the ball and fast runs, she manages to have a huge offensive impact every time she plays.

As far as her defensive skills are concerned, she is very firm and strong with her challenges. Her physical strength helps her to win most of her duels, and also thanks to her shocking pace and work rate allows her to track down and stop her opponents without too many problems. She can be considered as a very complete left-back, someone who can be effective in both defensive and offensive situations.
