Mohamed Alì Zoma is an Italian winger born on 15/12/2003 (22) in Merate. He is 174cm tall and weighs 69kg. He grew up playing football at AlbinoLeffe and currently plays for Nuremberg. The player acts mainly as a left winger, but he has also played as a striker.

From a physical standpoint, Mohamed Alì Zoma is a mesomorph with below-average height and a low center of gravity. He needs to develop his musculature. He has a high step frequency and is explosive and fast. The player also has excellent agility, balance, and coordination. These qualities also enable him to handle various contrasts with his opponents.

Mohamed Alì Zoma is a left winger. His preferred foot is his right, but he also uses the left well. He uses both feet with confidence, even with outside-of-the-boot and backheel flicks. The Italian player has excellent shooting (precision and power) as well as acrobatic skills, which have allowed him to score several goals from outside the penalty area. On the other hand, he needs to develop his finishing and heading. Moreover, he has to work on his passing accuracy and game vision. The Italian player has excellent basic technique and ball control, which allows him to dribble past defenders and become a threat.

During the possession phase, Mohamed Alì Zoma loves playing on the left side, cutting inside with dribbling, and primarily attempting shots. When he plays on the right, he tries to get to the byline to create plays for teammates. On the other hand, he must improve his decision-making and link-up play (even though he is a modern striker who loves to drop deep to link up). During attacking transitions, he often knocks the ball past defenders with speed. Moreover, he relies on his elite movement and off-the-ball runs.

During the non-possession phase, Mohamed Alì Zoma shows strong defensive effort. He tracks back into his own half and serves as the first line of defense, actively defending, tackling, and pressing opponents. His positioning is excellent, as he closely monitors passing lanes and stays ready to initiate attacking transitions. The only weakness in his out-of-possession game is due to his physical build.

From a mental standpoint, Mohamed Alì Zoma has a strong personality: he is very determined. He always brings aggressive pressing and does not back down in the clashes. He is highly adaptable; he comfortably slots in as a second striker, a winger, or a forward. His style of play and his celebrations reveal a powerful bond and an immense passion for the game. On the other hand, he sometimes tries to do it all on his own. He needs to improve his decision-making to release the ball sooner.

As for the overall evaluation of the player, Mohamed Alì Zoma is shown to be a good prospect with wide scope for improvement: He stands out above all for his technical and offensive skills, but still has to mature and therefore improve his passing and decision making. A player with a similar profile in today's game is definitely Sadio Mané.
